About Carré d'artistes

1. What is a unique and original artwork?

All artworks shown on this site are unique and original, so there is only one copy. This is why you will never find the same works in Carré d’artistes® galleries and on the website.

2. How can Carré d’artistes® offer unique artworks at an affordable price?

Our aim is to make art accessible to all. The artists we feature support our project and accept our price policy during temporary exhibitions in Carré d’artistes® galleries and on the website. No matter how well-known the artist is, works of the same format are the same price.

3. How do I know the work I am buying is authentic?

Each artwork is unique and certified by Carré d’artistes®. Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and a biography of the artist explaining the artist’s approach. Each painting is authenticated by a Carré d’artistes® expert.

1. How do I pay for what I buy on the website?

The Carré d’artistes® website is secure. You are offered several payment methods to pay for your order:
• Card

• Card in three times without any fees

• Paypal

• Cheque (for orders France only)

• Gift voucher

• Gift card

2. How is my order processed?

Orders for small works are processed in our premises from Monday to Friday within 24 hours from receipt of payment.
Orders for big works take 1 to 2 weeks to process from receipt of payment. To get your order delivered quicker, please contact us on 04 42 92 73 19 or via email at [email protected] 
Works are packaged securely to protect them from any damage during delivery.
Once your work has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

3. What are the delivery times?

After your order has been processed, your work is delivered within 3-5 working days in France and 4 to 10 working days for other destinations, after receipt of payment. Delivery is free in France without any minimum amount (by Colissimo tracked parcel), and free worldwide from 300 € !
We can also offer you quicker delivery services such as Chronopost, FedEx and DHL.

4. How do I buy a frame only

Carré d’artistes offers different types of custom-made frames for sale for Carré d’artistes® artworks.

5. How do I get orders delivered to a different address from my home address?

You can get your order delivered to the address of your choice. Just indicate a different delivery address from the billing address on the page where you also choose your delivery method.

6. I have reservations about paying by card. Are your transactions secure?

Payments are perfectly secure on www.carredartistes.com. Our website uses the SIPS ATOS secure payment system and SSL encryption system which means that commercial transactions and information exchanged when paying by card are protected and confidential.


7. Who do I contact if I have a problem on the website?

Our Customer Services department can give you all the information you need and answer all your questions from Monday to Friday (except holidays), between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Telephone us on 04 42 92 73 19 or send us an email at [email protected]

8. How can I give someone a gift card?

Gift card are available for the amount you choose. They are valid for one year and can be used on the website or in Carré d'artistes® France galleries. Payment by gift card can be topped up by another method of payment.

Gift card are available immediately by email or can be sent to the address you indicate and can be personalised with your message.

1. How do I return a work purchased on www.carredartistes.com?

Carré d’artistes® has set up a straightforward system so you can buy your works in complete peace of mind knowing that you can return them quickly and easily if you change your mind.
If you don’t like the work you’ve ordered and want to exercise your right to return it, you can do so within a statutory 30-day period from receipt of your parcel.

Free return from Metropolitan France:

You can return your order FREE by Poste Colissimo as follows:
1. Contact Customer Services by email or telephone to get a free Colissimo returns slip in France only.
2. Return your purchases in their original packaging and attach the free returns slip with the following address on it:
Carré d’artistes - Service client - 434, les allées François Aubrun - RN7 - Palette - Le Tholonet - 13100 Aix en Provence

Returns from abroad:

1. Contact Customer Services by email or telephone to get a returns slip (preferential rate for returning your purchases).
2. Return your purchases in their original packaging and attach the returns slip with the following address on it:
Carré d’artistes - Service client - 434, les allées François Aubrun - RN7 - Palette - Le Tholonet - 13100 Aix en Provence

We will then credit a full refund to your account for the returned purchases within a maximum period of one week after receipt of your parcel. An email will be sent to you on receipt of the parcel.

2. How do I get an invoice after I have ordered?

You can view and print the invoice for your order from your customer account in the “My orders” section.

3. How do I find out where is my order?

Once you have placed your order, you’ll receive a link to track your parcel.
