After working professionally as a fabric print designer in Lyon and obtaining a degree in window dressing in Nîmes, PierMarion returned to oil painting, which she had already practiced assiduously as a child.
After five years of intensive training in the studio of an English painter based in Savoie, she opened her first studio on the shores of Lake Bourget in 1990. She now works for several galleries in France and abroad. Passionate about space, texture, and color, her works are born of imagination and perseverance.

Pier-Marion's uncluttered works convey with great sensitivity the beauty and harmony of nature's great wilderness landscapes. Whether in her studio or in the open air, she uses oil paint and knives on canvas. By simplifying the lines and strokes in her compositions, the artist works above all on hues and light to draw out the very essence of her panoramas, their charm and energy. From an early age, she discovered and admired Gauguin, before later turning her attention to contemporary painters such as Dominique Dall'agnol and Carole Marine. In her paintings, Pier-Marion paints a delicate and enchanting portrait of life and the environment. Before being any kind of object, her paintings are colorful rhythms.
