exclusively on the site www.carredartistes.com. They are accessible on this site by the buyer at the time of order.
The GTC are applicable exclusively to the online sale of products Carré d'artistes marketed by Carré d'artistes on the website https://www.carredartistes.com, hereinafter "the site", whose access is free and open to all Internet users.
The actual order of products Carré d'artistes is open to any user respecting the Terms of Use of the site.

2. PRICES AND TABLES
The photographs illustrating the products, as accurately as possible for a perfect information of the consumer, do not constitute however a contractual document.
The prices appearing on this site are indicated in €, $, HKD $, SGD $, or TRY - all taxes included -
excluding delivery charges (see delivery). The paintings ordered are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the recording of the order.
In the event of a price promotion, the professional seller undertakes to apply the promotional price to any order placed during the promotion period.
When ordering outside of France: you are the importer of the painting concerned.
For paintings shipped outside the European Union, taxes may be eligible. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of Square Artists. They will be at your expense and are your responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and agencies of your country.
The paintings remain the sole property of Carré d'artistes until full payment of the price indicated.
The offers and prices proposed on the site may be exclusive and different from distance selling offers proposed in catalogs, promotional mailings, asilages, or by phone.
Some offers proposed in catalogs, mailings, asilages or by telephone may not be available on the website.
3. ORDER AND VALIDATION OF THE TRANSACTION
When you confirm your order by clicking on the "validate information" button, you declare that you have read and

To place an order, the consumer, after having filled his virtual basket by indicating the selected products and the desired quantities, completes and validates his order and provides the information relating to the delivery and the method of payment.

5. DELIVERY
Small size works : 13x13 cm ; 19x19 cm ; 25x25 cm ; 36x36 cm
Orders placed before midnight (Paris time, GMT+1h), from Sunday to Monday, excluding holidays, are shipped the next business day. All works ordered are sent in a single order.
The transport time after shipment is 3 to 5 working days in France and 4 to 10 working days for other destinations. This time may vary depending on the country of destination and the delivery method chosen (Chronopost being the fastest). The delivery will be made to the address you will have indicated on the order form.
The transfer of risks concerning the works of art purchased takes place as soon as they are given by Carre
d'artistes to the carrier.

The orders of works of large format require a treatment of 7 to 15 days with reception of the payment.

Reserve at the time of the reception of the works

It is necessary to transmit by fax or email the list of damage to Carre d'artistes no later than 72 hours after delivery and the copy of the voucher indicating the reserves.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: REFUND - ON THE INTERNET ONLY
If your artwork does not meet your expectations, do not worry. You have 30 days from the reception of the order to return the product in its original packaging. The price of the painting(s) will be refunded as well as the return shipping costs, in Metropolitan France.
Not valid for orders of personalized artworks or for signed artworks.
