Self-taught and coming to painting late, Florence Thoirey-Fourcade balances her career as the person responsible for public relations at the Théâtre de la Ville à Paris with her creative side, which she displayed about fifteen years ago. She entered the field with automatic drawing on paper, at first using ballpoint pen and then ink from China. Abstract forms are a must for her, essentially based around the circle.
