Rapid dispatch and careful preparation of your order
Orders placed online through www.carredartistes.com for small artworks are processed within 24 hours (from Monday to Friday excluding national holidays).
We dispatch artworks in secure packaging to anywhere in the world.
For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties or VAT on imports may be applied.
Orders for larger artworks (20x20" / 50*50 cm and above) require a processing time of between seven and 15 days from receipt of payment.
Delivery in gallery
The delivery in gallery is shipped by Chronopost 24h in France and by DHL Express abroad. This way of shipping allows you to choose a delivery in the Carré d'artistes gallery of your choice (in France, Italy, Spain, and in USA). When the order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon receipt, you can withdraw your order in gallery. Present yourself with your ID card and order number. Your order is available 15 days in your gallery.
The delivery time is 24-48 working hours (Express) or 5-7 working days (Eco). This method of delivery is specially designed for the transportation of fragile items and ensures that your artworks are treated with the utmost care during their delivery. Delivery is made upon appointment arranged with the carrier by text message or phone call. Delivery hours are from Monday to Saturday. The delivery man or woman will make the delivery in person to ensure that our artworks are carefully transported to the door of your house (or to your floor if you request this on your order).
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, returning it is quick and easy.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the product in its original packaging.
Full refunds (including shipping costs) will be sent to the card-issuing bank within a maximum period of two weeks of receipt of the returned item.
Free return in Metropolitan France.
Any damaged item will not be exchanged or refunded.
