Fabien Philippe, aka Neibaf, was born in the Paris region. The artist moved to Aix-en-Provence at the age of 14, graduating in 2005 with a Bac STI in Applied Arts.
From the age of 12, his interest in skateboarding led him to discover graffiti. Between 2008 and 2011, he took part in the Marseilles graffiti scene, then registered with the Maison des Artistes in 2017 to devote himself entirely to his art.

He does not wish to paint what already exists.
Like a pressing, visceral desire to use painting to explore new forms of visual expression.
Pictorial language, combining colors, shapes and textures.
Inspired by street culture, skateboarding, hip-hop, graffiti and nature, he uses spray paint and acrylic to create on his favorite medium, canvas.
