Octavia Sellier, passionate about drawing and art since childhood, discovered oil painting in 2020, after studying cinema and interior design. Self-taught, she trained in Florence in 2024, confirming her love for this technique. Her poetically realistic paintings capture universal emotions such as love, joy and melancholy, while offering a personal interpretation of light and form.

Octavia Sellier's inspiration comes from the masters of painting such as Sargent, Monet and Alma-Tadema, as well as from film, photography and nature. Her artistic approach aims to capture and share the beauty of the world, seeking to evoke deep emotions and memories through her work. Working mainly in oils, she strives to represent reality while allowing her artistic interpretation to sublimate her subjects.
