Serge es un apasionado del dibujo desde su infancia en París. El lienzo en blanco se convirtió en su espacio de expresión favorito. Comenzó a integrar el color en sus primeras obras autodidactas cuando descubrió el pastel. Tras formarse en diversos talleres, el artista perfeccionó su arte antes de ingresar en la Liga de Pastelistas de Francia. A principios de los años 90, la Asociación Nacional de Artistas Franceses se interesó por su obra y le invitó a exponer en numerosas ferias de arte. Tras recibir varios premios, empezó a asociarse con el pintor Ben Ami Koller y el grupo de artistas gráficos de Montreuil. A continuación, Serge se acercó a los Pintores del Marais de París. Colabora con varias galerías de la capital francesa y expone en el Mercado del Arte de Montparnasse. El pintor también participa en exposiciones internacionales en Luxemburgo, Alemania y España.
The gray figures in Serge's paintings stand out to make the density of existence explode, while all around, white amplifies the mystery of the different paths of life. The eye focuses on each character. What is his background ? In what environment is he moving ? The questioning is very modern, but the answers belong to the observer. In love with pigments, Serge then adds various materials and elements to perfect his curiosity and overcome any constraints. Thus his passion remains intact when faced with the canvas. After a long journey into the world of pastels, the artist explored other areas until he found his medium, acrylic, which allows him to undertake his work with more freedom. An explorer of technology, his gestures change, but his mind remains true to its inspiration: the meeting of beings in their desire to exist.
