A native of Roanne, France, So Moon is a painter and textile designer whose career began in the world of fashion, working for prestigious houses such as YSL and Balmain. Driven by a deep passion for color and creation, she is now developing a singular universe where textile, painting and design meet. Her bright, bold works reflect a constant desire to bring light, joy and transformation through art.

So Moon draws her inspiration from street and pop art, nurtured by iconic figures such as Banksy, Basquiat and Keith Haring, but also from the world of pop-culture cartoons. Her creative process is hybrid: she designs her sculptures in 3D before covering them with a mixture of resin and ceramic, which she paints and varnishes by hand. The result is unique, colorful and expressive pieces, in which the interplay of contrasts and shapes conveys a positive energy. For her, art is both therapy and a source of comfort, an invitation to see life as a vibrant reflection of color.
