Carré d'artistes® gallery Boca Raton offers two special days where you will have the opportunity to meet Armelle Bastide d'Izard. Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March, from 1pm to 7pm, the French artist will paint and explain her work inspired by the colors of the south of France.
With a degree in economics and finance, Armelle had a career as a production manager for 10 years. But, after an encounter with Impressionist painting, she discovered her vocation as a painter.
So for two days, visitors will discover and appreciate the recognized talent of Armelle Bastide d'Izard passionately impressionist, combining symbolism and abstract art, inspired by Cezanne.
Each of her paintings is an explosion of colours spread with a knife. The artist wishes to convey a message of peace, serenity and spirituality; a state of mind Armelle draws from the Herault, a magical region of, in her opinion, perfect scenery. An atmosphere and a knowledge that the artist will explain to visitors on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March, 1pm to 7pm.
