Painting Max by CLOT | Painting Figurative Animals Oil
Description artwork
The deep black of the canvas meets the clarity of a gaze turned toward the horizon. A work that captures the nobility and quiet hope of a companion watching over the immensity of the world.
Born in Paris in 1985, Clotilde Briand spent the first 12 years of her life in the Sahara. In this cradle of unspoiled nature, she discovered wildlife, a unique atmosphere, light, unexpected encounters with animals, waking up with fennec foxes and bathing with dolphins. She enrolled at the École Boulle, and it became clear that art would be an integral part of her life. There, she learned how to manipulate and transform materials through marquetry and cabinetmaking.
