Alan Dessapt, also known as Rosso, began painting in his father's studio when he was very young.
Twenty years later, it was in Reims at L'école Blot that he taught the craft in greater depth, culminating in a diploma in decorative painting in 2017.
Now living solely from his art, he paints patiently and meticulously with a resolutely dense and colorful pictorial material, applied with spatula and brushes, the painter likes to sublimate the landscapes that surround him, with the aim of revealing their full potential.
