My inspiration comes from the famous temples in the mountains, the classical gardens in China, I like to draw in places with beautiful landscapes. I also like to study the works of old masters, especially the works of the Song Dynasty - the peak of traditional Chinese painting. I have been inspired by them a lot and I have gradually found my own style.

Rui AMBLARD may have been painting for over 30 years but she didn't go pro until 2022. Art has a powerful appeal for Rui who got into the habit of painting at an early age. She opened an art gallery with her friends in China before leaving her homeland and moving to France. Painting is a hobby that soothes her and was part of Rui's everyday life, through the good times and the bad times. But all that time, Rui only painted as a hobby and didn't earn a living from it. She didn't begin working with Carré d'Artistes until 2022 when she became a professional artist and made a career from her passion.\n

Rui AMBLARD draws his inspiration from the Chinese culture and the landscapes of his childhood. His hometown is one of his main sources of inspiration. A holy place of traditional Chinese culture, it is also the capital of the 13 dynasties in Chinese history. With many ancient style buildings, beautiful natural landscapes and countless art galleries, it is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Rui. She expresses a Zen vision of life, where man and nature are one. Using the techniques and materials of Chinese painting, Rui often creates a series of works on the same theme. His work is divided into several stages, from the draft to the print, as is usually the case in traditional Chinese art.
