Isabelle Seruch Capouillez es fruto de una doble cultura. Nacida en Francia, pasó toda su juventud en Bélgica, en la región de Mons. Más tarde, fue en la Escuela de Bellas Artes de Toulouse donde, al frecuentar los talleres de artistas, descubrió verdaderamente su pasión por la acuarela. Desarrolla una obra inspirada, vibrante y alegórica
Su pintura figurativa capta fugazmente rostros y cuerpos en movimiento con un estilo libre, espontáneo y liberado de todo academicismo. Habiendo alcanzado hoy una gran madurez en su práctica, Isabelle Seruch Capouillez combina un gran dominio técnico con un trabajo profundamente imaginativo.

The artist influenced by Masters such as Bruegel, Magritte or Delvaux is free in her artwork and refuses to limit herself to one theme, medium or to a single instrument. She is an explorer and can see infinite possibilities in her technique. Watercolour is fascinating in its ability to move water, light and the pigment itself. For her, it transcribes human interiority and the paradox of emotions with intensity. She is self-taught and trusts her ability to flourish in her artwork in random everyday encounters.
With great conviction she draws portraits, landscapes and seascapes and experiments with the world in all sincerity and with the freedom of her inner world. Dreams connect here with realism in a rich and collective experience, a generous universe that shares her world of emotions.
