Things are not what they seem.
Morgan Bisoux is a hyperrealist painter living in Belgium. She studied drawing at La Cambre and at the ESA Saint Luc to then work exclusively with oil paint.
In 2021, she won the 3rd Artistic Prize of the city of Antoing with 3 paintings of the AFTERPARTY series which was just beginning. She participates in several collective and solo exhibitions in 2022 in Brussels.

Morgan Bisoux is a young emerging painter who evolves in a work of research and production around duality, cognitive dissonance and the concept of packaging. "Things are not what they seem" whisper her paintings accomplished with the utmost precision and hyperrealism. Working with a brush with remarkable mastery, Morgan Bisoux holds this will to make the gesture almost imperceptible and thus compete with the invasive technology of our era. Fascinated by the idea of folds and reflective materials, she combines these elements in her compositions, representing aluminum foil, crumpled gold paper, and golden drink containers. Packaging is bound to hold some mystery...
