Going beyond photography and drawing with meticulousness and technique the smallest details, even the most microscopic, is how Karim's hyperrealist style is defined. From 5H to 14B, it is the whole range of graphite pencils that he uses on paper, sometimes combined with colors or tools such as the stump. Tenacious and persevering, he constantly surpasses himself, often inspired by great masters like Michelangelo or Da Vinci. With his custom-made "eyeglass portraits", he challenges and questions his models who discover, behind their own veiled gaze, a reflection or a part of their personality.
