I love the complexity of hyperrealism and the fascinating task of conveying the emotions of the animals I paint.

Touched by the animals she paints, Milie seeks to communicate their emotions in order to capture and raise awareness. The pose she chooses for her paintings is designed to emphasize the eye, making the work both more touching and more entertaining. The artist uses oil paint to work in detail and dynamic tonalities. Her work is full of finesse and emotion.

Animated by the animal world that surrounds us, and drawn to drawing from an early age, Milie specialized in animal art as a matter of course. Initially following a classical academic path, her love of art came to the fore during her university years, in parallel with her studies. Self-taught, she tested and perfected her technique, notably with oil paint, charmed by the liveliness of its colors and texture.
