"Everything influences me, nothing changes me." - Salvador Dalí
Crown* (Vincent Pereira) is a self-taught artist born in Corrèze in 1998 and living in Paris. His universe explores raw emotions, silence, and life transitions. After switching from law to painting in 2025, he developed a sensitive and vibrant body of work influenced by his roots, his travels, and music. He combines abstraction and realism in a free, personal, and deeply human gesture. His colorful faces speak without words, with sincerity and intensity.
CROWN* works with acrylics, which he combines with oil pencils and oil pastels, creating rich textures that blend flat areas of color with precise details. His brushstrokes, sometimes rough, sometimes delicate, play between figuration and abstraction to evoke identity, memory, and invisible emotions. Influenced by Impressionism, design, pop culture, and artists such as Matisse, Morisot, and Pharrell Williams, he composes an instinctive visual language. Each work is an open scene, to be interpreted freely—an emotion frozen in a moment, for everyone.
