"The more we want, the better
Vaea is an artist with a passion for art in all its forms, but above all for painting and embroidery. Her love for sewing goes back to her childhood, when she used to have fun creating patterns and assembling different fabrics with threads of all colors. Today she uses this technique to create contemporary works of art using all kinds of threads to create original designs. What makes Vaea's art so special is the way she combines her different passions to create unique and poetic works.
Besides embroidery, Vaea also has a great passion for painting. She has cultivated this passion since she was a child and it led her to higher education in applied arts. It is there that she deepened her knowledge in art history. She has an unfailing admiration for this subject. She spends a lot of time studying the different periods and artistic movements and integrating them into her own work. She often finds inspiration in the works of the great masters, reinterpreting their drawings with her personal touch.
