His work is urban, authentic and poetic. It illuminates its passage, immortalizes and pays tribute to a decor forgotten by use and worn by the ages.

Ludo grew up in Calais with the graffiti on his hometown's walls. It awoke something inside him and fuelled the passion he'd always had for art and design. The industrial port city inspired him with the graffiti he'd see as he walked around his hometown. He began to take a keener interest in street art. He enrolled at the Fine Arts School at an early age for his studies and after-school classes. His skateboarding took him all over his hometown which he knew like the back of his hand. The railway lines became both a playground and source of inspiration for him. Ludo loves to travel too and sought fresh inspiration in Belgium and Britain. But he decided to open his studio deep in the Cévennes with views of a railway line.

Even if his training at the Beaux-Arts has given him a certain knowledge and mastery, Ludo turns to several types of techniques. For example, he explores collage and stencils which he transposes onto his canvases. He does not hesitate to divert the supports, resulting from recovery or to play with new formats and reinvented materials. His art is without limits, authentic and poetic. The facades, roofs and streets of European cities are marked by his graffiti and his artistic imprint. Thus, he honors the city and its decor by bringing the poetic touch that characterizes him.
